2. Description of Services
A47 Media provides an AI-powered content automation platform that includes source monitoring (Corecast), content generation (Canvas), brand voice learning (Imprint), and multi-platform distribution (Resonance). Our services are designed for enterprise content operations.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use our services for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the proper working of our services, transmit any malicious code, or use our services to generate content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the A47 Media platform are owned by A47 Media and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content generated by our AI tools using your inputs remains your property.
6. Limitation of Liability
A47 Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
